I live in the netherlands and I really want to join with a friend but I have 2 questions:
- What level of education do I have to finish to reach a high enough level to join USC?
- The tuition and fees are 60k (what I saw on the beginning of the video) is that for a semester, a year or the complete degree?

You can apply to USC as an undergraduate (which means after high school) and is what this video is focused on. However, you can also apply as a graduate student, after you've finished your bachelor's degree.
$60k is the annual cost of tuition, though it looks like it's gone up a bit for this upcoming year: financialaid.usc.edu/undergraduates/prospective/how-much-wil-my-education-cost.html
