so let get this straight, the vacuum stays as is or remove it from the black. then in essence, t off the green and plumb it to the egr butterfly ? The black is electrically connected but plumbed to not be used ..
Nope, both Di and CRD have similar setups. I disconnected the line that goes to ERG butterfly on my 06 Di to stop it from reducing intake pressure by closing. You can tell which is which by looking at the location of the vacuum actuators and pull the line from the one that's next to the firewall. The other is always open until you shut down the motor, then it momentarily closes to starve the intake of air preventing vibration.
Because Nissan were a cheap ass. I gotta buy an aftermarket intercooler for my ute, no idea why they would run 15psi stock and not have an intercooler. Why Nissan, why!

There is only one butterfly on that split throttle body. One primary butterfly back towards the turbo

They didn't come with one on the d22 zd30 3.0 litre. After 2005 I think they added the bonnet scoop and intercooler for the 2.5litre
