Don lemon was on his way out six months ago.
I think it was the Haley comment that did it. Though it just proves that women can't handle the truth because Lemon was right. All he was saying is that it's foolish to judge someone strictly by age and that if men did that, they would never date older women. The post-wall women got offended and that was the final straw for Lemon

Context matters. He was saying that to Nikki Haley because she constantly criticized others for being past their prime or not being up to the task for many reasons. He overestimated the intelligence of his audience and he paid dearly for it.

D'shawn Cherry, I have heard that quote in films a couple of times. By the way, you wrote it grammatically incorrectly. It should be either "if I want your opinion, I'll give it to you", or "if I wanted your opinion, I'd give it to you". Basically the correct grammar is "if I want, I will", or "if I wanted, I would".

Fact based reporting pleeeease! I grew up in the 80’s and I talk about this all the time! When I became an adult I was surprised to hear some of the news anchor’s opinions I grew up with. Perfect. We weren’t supposed to know their personal opinions short of being sympathetic or empathetic when appropriate in the wake of tragedy.
There wasn’t fact based reporting in the 80’s???? They literally promoted the whole crack epidemic. The internet just didn’t exist, so status quo reporting could go on? Be passed off as facts, and you wouldn’t know the difference becuase you had no access to the first hand accounts.

It depends on the individual and what they are trying to accomplish. There may be a certain biological age cut off for athletes. However, many people get better with age and experience.

Bloody Monday for the media
The public is often surprised when events seemingly happen out of nowhere that have been building for months and were simply not covered by the news outlet in favor of politics and social issues.
Oh this has been so coming for months. He was sent to daytime TV when his best friend left and has spent the last few months basically on the naughty step. He could either wait it out and hope for redemption or leave. Now is the perfect time as Fox sheds liabilities there will be opportunities coming up in the big reshuffle.
We all know Tucker was radicalized and dangerous. Don Lemon just was offensive more often than not. I think CNN was struggling on what to do with him after many on-air debacles. I didn't see either coming but I think both Fox and CNN made the right decisions. Don was very arrogant on the morning show and there was no chemistry with his co-hosts. It always seems awkward when I would watch.
Each of them are crazy in their own way.

Basically, Don has exhibited that in fact, he is past his prime. His common-sense has left him. Making 'bitch' statements about women is something that the majority of real men instinctively know to be courting disaster. If i told my woman, " You are past your prime dear" (which I wouldn't, because herself isn't), I'd be getting a .........."something really painful to my manhood." I am 64 years old btw.
