I did my Schooling and Currently Pursuing my graduation from Shillong (Meghalaya) . Because my father is working in Shillong but we are originally from Hailakandi Assam, having all the Documents of Asaam In this condition am I eligible as per APSC to appear for CCE exam

It is dependent upon the decision of medical board ...so, I think you should concentrate on Civil Services like IAS, ACS or other services where it will not be the issue

As a Democratic Republic Country,Our constitution has three arms... Legislative , Executive and Judiciary. All these arms have its own values, responsibility, duties towards society... The main aim of our constitution is to protect the interest of each citizen... So it's country by the people, for the people of the people... Police service is a part of Executive , an law enforcing agency in order to maintain law and order in the country... Judiciary is an independent part of the constitution which uphold the laws and ensures the protection of laws .

Sir I have cleared Mains in first attempt at the age 24 years! Is it my positive aspect or negetive? Some says apsc wants mature adult but upsc wants young candidates.
Positive aspect... If get selected in the final list, you can serve the state for a longer period and will hold a higher administrative post ... Best wishes

Yes we can prepare ... Start to read the subjects you like most in the initial stage of preparation.Also always be focused on your goal by watching / reading motivational stories/ speeches etc
