- This instructional strength training video is safe for osteoporosis and seniors. The video will teach you how to strengthen your entire body using a chair and hand weights Those new to exercise, seniors, or those with health issues should perform one set (10-15 repetitions) using a light hand weight. Once you get stronger you can add another set. When you are able to perform the sets easily increase the weight that you are using by a small increment.
The exercises in this video:
squats to jump, wide stance squat, lower back exercises, seated 2 arm row and single arm row,
posture exercises, and tricep kickbacks.

@OsteoporosisExercise
Hi,thanks carol for your videos.
You are so welcome!
Hi Carol! It's really difficult for me to do kickbacks, it's painful as hours pass. Could I do other exercise instead?
Yes. Every exercise is not for everyone. If an exercise causes pain there are always other ones that you can do. A good substitute for the kickback is the overhead tricep extension. The arm is straight up near the head and you bend and straighten the arm. Start with a light weight. Tricep push ups or dips can also be performed to strengthen the triceps. I will send links.
@OsteoporosisExercise thanks. You are awesome
