Finally a win for Monster..... formally called "Snack Attack" , she raced against Bacardi Silver for the SBI World Offshore championships in Key West a couple yrs ago ... a Skater cat w/ Sterling engines top speed approx 170-180 MPH ..... UA-cam Bacardi vs Snack Attack
They won't be doing their top speed in these waters, the North Coast is Not Key West my friend but sure would love to see them doing their top end. Rumour has it that Solo can do 185mph, can anyone shed some light on that?
Here's some more News , The Trini Boys are back at it again with some of the crew from Monster/Snack Attack , have entered the SBI world-offshore in Key West in Nov 2014 In the Open A class Turbine 210mph ..... they will be racing under the name GEICO due to sponsorship .... currently Geico does not have a Turbine since she caught fire and burnt......
Great vid bu can't believe I didn't hear a single boat engine for the 45 mins. Come'on its not d same without hearing those awsome engines!! Quire re-ed please.
Thank you, I agree with you would love to hear the engines but right now we are trying to find a way to be able to capture the sound. The 120+ mile per hour winds blowing into the microphones and the noise from the helicopter engines and rotors block out the sound of the race boats. We are developing ideas and will be doing some tests this year and hopefully will have the engine sounds.
Marcus Gomez you did a crazy wonderful job with documenting the race from the teams perspective and with I think Gino Fusco commentary keep it up
