Gotta say, I've been watching UA-cam tutorials for ableton and fl studio for almost as long as UA-cam has existed, and you are easily in the top 5 creators for your straight-forward no nonsense delivery while not dumbing down or overcomplicating the content. I'm an advanced user of FL, but I still love watching videos like this for things I may not know. Great stuff, man. Looking forward to more content.
you don't really want your 808 to be wide even if its only a little, reason why is because your melody/loop should already be going around in both ears so it sounds a little weird when you have that and your drums are super panned and wide too which is why its better to keep your drums more to the center especially your 808s
Im Ngl i been producing for about 5-6 years now and you got the most helpful tutorials other than Nick Mira and Rio Leyva No cap. That High-808 Low-Kick Tuning Trick is sauce
Amazing bro amazing! Can you please please please do a mixing and mastering video for vocals and beats with stock plugins and actual plugins if possible? That’s such a weak area for me and I can’t seem to get it. Appreciate your tutorials so clear and concise 🙏❤️
@@TRIFREEZE thanks man ill def check them out! Do you have rec for standalone keyboard/synth workstation? been using midi controller all my life, thinking bout upping my game, even though most sounds I use will be digital, wonder if you had any inputs? Im currently looking at the roland fantom-0s
Really great tips man! The kick tuning section was actually something I learned while going to college for production, it's called constructive interference. When you have the waveforms against each other the waves essentially cancel each other out, causing the sound you're avoiding in the video. Did you go to school for music production too?
Props to the kick tuning tip. Don't know why it's such an over looked piece of advice. It's like standard in dance music production but if you bring it up in trap it's weird for some reason. Lol. Getting shit in phase is key.
Let’s go!! Hyped for this one

I have LogicProx but fl just seems crazy
if i could make beats like you i would be satisfied with life lol. What keystroke are you doing to select FX and plugins so fast?
