badly educated comment. We beat Romania (with Hagi and Lacatus) home and away in 1984-1984, we beat West Germany home and away in 1982-1983. We had top quality players and great teamwork. Martin O'Neill (2 European Cup wins), Pat Jennings (2 Balon D'or Nominations), Gerry Armstrong (UK top scorer at 1982 World Cup), Billy Hamilton, Mal Donaghy, John O'Neill, Alan McDonald, Norman Whiteside (scored in 3 different Wembley finals), Jimmy Quinn, Colin Clarke, Sammy McIlroy, Dave McCreery, Chris Nicholl, Jimmy Nicholl - brilliant squad. You need to watch football before you make such a poor comment ;-)
