I’m gonna wait for the patch to drop on live servers to see if the atk speed adjustment on melee heroes is deserved. In my mind, it seems pretty unfair since this kinda adjustment seems more beneficial to marksmen than to melee basic attackers. Here’s how I see it. There are two marksmen in the gold lane that were affected by this change but it doesn’t matter as much since both marksmen were adjusted to compensate for it, so it evens out. They also had their health and damage numbers adjusted for this change. Meanwhile, melee atk speed heroes are gonna suffer in the exp lane since they’ll be going up against YZs and Rubies who aren’t affected by the change at all. I think guys like Freya and Thamuz will benefit from this change since their skills grant them crazy amounts of atk speed so they usually only buy a single atk speed item anyways. Argus and Zilongs are gonna suffer though. Especially Argus with how little base atk speed he already has. This is just theory crafting, will have to see how it really is when it releases

The move-and-attack "buff" is basically useless on melee basic attack fighters. This is also a massive nerf for Argus. He barely has any attack speed, even building 4 attack-speed items he can't hit 3.00 attack speed. His DPS is going to fall tremendously. What a horrible update.
Argus got buffed, but the atk spd nerf is just too much, and now the atk spd items got nerfed, he is just slower than the 3-strike-passive revamp version, Down goes his popularity
Reducing the attack speed on items and the hero means that Argus won't be able to activate his 4 passive cuts since he needs a charged passive and a total attack speed of 2.5. This doesn't mean much, but in the late game, you won't be able to kill the enemy ADC in one second. And if we talk about the early game, it'll be complete garbage; he'll be like a Miya with a sword stuck in her biggest egg.

And don't forget she's not the only one to get nerfed. It's the other mms that benefit from the no delay moving with basic attack which is the big buff
I love that the attack speed based marksmen were still adjusted for the nerf, yet the attack speed based fighters are abandoned and completely forgotten as usual. This nerf will definitely be the death of argus, since his attack speed and damage alone is already the lowest of all other heroes.
As an Argus Main, even if you revert its Immortality to 5sec still not enough, and now reduced based ATK SPD, lol even with MM Emblem it will attack slow not to mention Dominance Ice existed either.

The new item changes also didnt do much since there wasn't any new users added to it while some existing users ended up abandoning the item.
I think they didn't nerf her because she can move while attacking and she has fixed attack speed. I think they did nerf 1st skill magic and physical scaling by 1% and another 1% like a few months ago which made her like the 3rd worst mm in performance in mythical glory+ after Miya and Layla so it was fine to buff her.

To be fair, Zilong wasn't that much of a META pick for so long, may it be on pro scenes or ranked games. Give him a big boost on his early game by increasing his 2nd skill base damage by 180 on all levels, increase his ATK growth to 11 and replace flat defense reduction to percentage defense reduction and make his heal scale with his max HP and that should do the trick.

My thoughts: 1. Attack while moving will be nice, but the general attack speed nerf did my boy Terizla dirty. It will take him an eternity to push 💀 2. I love what they did to concentrated energy, Silvanna, Guinevre and Gatotcaka will now be able to use it properly again 3. Hopefully the stats rebalancing for mm will stop my random teammates from going to the exp lane with them 4. Silvanna finally got a buff, which means Argus takes her place as the developer's forgotten middle child

Mms are supposed to stay squishy like that. It makes mm users play their heroes more carefully and not bloodthirsty. The dps is increased but their atk speed is lost a little isn't bad either since total damage dealt in certain amount of time will be the same. They can already move properly while attacking based on their attack speed, and that's a big buff for most of them
When are they adding a new magic defense item into the game? Ever since the change on radiant amour, mages have been more of a pain in my ass. Dying to 2 magic dealers when both Athena and Radiant is so stupid
To be fair, somehow as BS to my go-to ATK SPD fighters especially my beloved Martis and Thamuz. Although it was meant to make kiting less dominant with ATK SPD reliant heroes now that we can attack and move more smoother.

I think silvanna 1st is a nerf because without the 2nd phase, you can't escape or chase enemies. It has become an all in hero. With the current 1st skill, you can poke enemies while having the 2nd phase as reserve to chase or escape when the enemy has a backup. Now either you kill or die situation.
Remember gold lane turrets will give them 25% damage reduction and it's enough to let them survive. This adjustment makes them play more careful than normal.
The hell did they nerf attack speed for ALL heroes when the focus should have been on attack speed marksmen and a selected few atk spd fighters (zilong, wukong). I have no idea what was the point of this.
They nerfed attack speed as kiting will be OP if the attack speeds of heroes and items stay the same. Marksmans will benefit the most from this as they can kite easier, Moonton is just preventing an MM dominant meta, the other heroes just got caught in the crossfire.

Also Terizla atk speed already sucks and moonton said:
"WE HAVE NOTICED SOME HEROES THAT ARE LACKING ATTACK SPEED. NOW, WE ARE GOING TO REDUCE ATTACK SPEED BY 10%!"
So the gold lane essentially just becomes clint's playground after all the changes with lowering hp.

My thoughts:
1. Attack while moving will be nice, but the general attack speed nerf did my boy Terizla dirty. It will take him an eternity to push 💀
2. I love what they did to concentrated energy, Silvanna, Guinevre and Gatotcaka will now be able to use it properly again
3. Hopefully the stats rebalancing for mm will stop my random teammates from going to the exp lane with them
4. Silvanna finally got a buff, which means Argus takes her place as the developer's forgotten middle child
Leomord got lucky he's got a horse to attack while moving
This is the most unfair update I ever experienced I mean some attack speed heroes is having a hard time in this meta I only like the balanced silvanna also missing Wanwan meta but balance huhu now its all gone

Mm is supposed to be easy to kill, if not (like karrie tank) then theyll be nerfed
Mms are supposed to stay squishy like that. It makes mm users play their heroes more carefully and not bloodthirsty. The dps is increased but their atk speed is lost a little isn't bad either since total damage dealt in certain amount of time will be the same. They can already move properly while attacking based on their attack speed, and that's a big buff for most of them

To be fair, somehow as BS to my go-to ATK SPD fighters especially my beloved Martis and Thamuz. Although it was meant to make kiting less dominant with ATK SPD reliant heroes now that we can attack and move more smoother.

The attack speed nerf adjustment should only apply to marksmen heroes, cuz the attack and move adjustment is literally useless on melee heroes cuz their movement speed cant keep up. They already nerfed the attack speed items too, so its not like every other hero is gonna go ballistic after the changes.

Biggest nerf here is argus since hes relying on basic atk and hes not a marksman which basically just a nerf without compansating the loss
good adjustment...I'm a tank user, I quit playing since they started to op fighters and marksman, most of the heroes today has immune skill and there is also purify, how can you set if they will just hit you 2 or 3 times then you're dead even if you counter their equipment. heroes and equipment are not balanced

I think silvanna 1st is a nerf because without the 2nd phase, you can't escape or chase enemies. It has become an all in hero. With the current 1st skill, you can poke enemies while having the 2nd phase as reserve to chase or escape when the enemy has a backup. Now either you kill or die situation.

With the MM HP changes, Assassin is gonna go wild on them. We can definitely expect more death from the MM in the early game.
Fr like most of mm's now on 2200 hp assassin with red buff will clap even if they miss skills too still cuz the hp is so low
Remember gold lane turrets will give them 25% damage reduction and it's enough to let them survive. This adjustment makes them play more careful than normal.

The hell did they nerf attack speed for ALL heroes when the focus should have been on attack speed marksmen and a selected few atk spd fighters (zilong, wukong). I have no idea what was the point of this.

They nerfed attack speed as kiting will be OP if the attack speeds of heroes and items stay the same.
Marksmans will benefit the most from this as they can kite easier, Moonton is just preventing an MM dominant meta, the other heroes just got caught in the crossfire.
