I had a few instances i had to deal with either undersized units working full capacity to provide cooling during winters, or a unit that just isn't designed to do what a customer wants (ex: he wants his system to run smoothly everytime, but he has a gas burner, which heats very aggressively). Construction phase engineering is such a crucial part.
