On this map Dutch can put a bank down right away just from your starting crates, and then just put all vills on food to work on aging up. Then when you ship 700 wood you can get 3 more banks upon aging. But I think he rushed age 2 because he's afraid of the Aztec rush
Instead of throwing away 15-20 halberdiers to destroy two houses, he could have had the halberdiers in the main combat in base and pushed the middle Aztec forward base. This would have given Dutch access to herds
Hwoarang's Explorer not being in fights so often was so sad. Though him trying to siege down enemy TPs was pretty good 👍. Also, I think players often get tunnel visioned by civ eco bonuses and forget to build TPs and TCs, even when they are the better eco option. Hence sending Coffee Trade and not building banks with it for a long time.

The misuse of halberds was the game losing mistake here. Dutch also should have employed a few falconets.
