Why are you setting up slides vertically? Cover glass will move down if it is direct after covering. Usually you can dry slides horizontally first.
Should be a OK if you are using the large size cover slips.
How do you manage not getting your gloves damaged with xylene
He should change them. otherwould blue gloved survive more with Xylene? @medical lab. science education
I noticed that its depending on the quality of blue gloves. Some types/brands survive the xylene exposure longer.

How long should sections dry
After mounting, I would leave the slides overnight to dry and to allow the xyline smill to dissapear. Thanks :)
