How to turn off YouTube Restricted Mode on Android on Public Wifi. Easy & free fix!

- How to disable 'Restricted Mode' on UA-cam on Android when public wifi has forced it on (like at the UK resort, Center Parcs, where I first noticed this issue). It'll say 'Enabled By Network Administrator', or 'Restricted mode has hidden comments for this video'. This is something the wifi provider is enforcing using their DNS server.

My home wifi was doing this so I did the tutorial and I thought it didn't work cause I did the setting and it was still restricted mode but then I kept watching and learnt u have to refresh the app and then it worked thank you for the only one who works

🤔 Really? That's quite surprising.. The Google dns servers are usually am improvement over the defaults.

This video worked! I knew it had something to do with the WiFi. I thought it was Google at first but I saw that restricted mode didn't take place on all of my devices so that's when I knew it was the WiFi. I didn't want to reboot my WiFi router or anything since I haven't done so before and I was afraid to do so. So please, thank you for this solution.

😔 weird, I was pretty sure this would work for everyone. Does anyone else have any tips?
I'm at home and this is happening. It alternates on my tablet. One hour it's restricted and two hours later I can comment then it starts over. But again I'm home on my personal network. This just started happening in the last 2 weeks or so for me.
True , i was went with my dad to health checking routnie my car like every month to the dealer , ive waited for 5 hours there !, im using theyere wifi for that 5 hours when i cameback home use my personal wifi network bro why i cant comment on yt i see this mode shit , and its was locked thanks i found this vid 😢 , btw is this true
