Lisa Marie was a super beautiful woman and she tried to treat everyone with respect like her daddy. However, some people pushed Elvis to the point where he had to let go of some of that anger. Lisa Marie was just like him. Elvis worked himself to death to make sure everyone got paid and he was so generous he gave them special gifts. Make me wonder if they truly cared about him, maybe some but not all of them.He needed a good rest away from all those sucking life out of him. Lisa Marie was the same way people sucking life out of her, like her mom. She truly beloved her children and was trying to be a good mom to them. Unfortunately, she got addicted to pain pills, just like her father.She didn’t look healthy on her night out with her mom when they presented the award for the Presley movie. Her father didn’t look healthy neither at his last concert. I can’t understand why people, rriends or relatives wouldn’t take time to help them. Some have said they did but that they were both stubborn and refusing to listen.
From what was said at the awards, and the way Lisa looked and acted, someone (especially Priscilla) should have called an ambulance to take Lisa to the hospital ER‼️ If Lisa looked bad (sick) and couldn’t stand up or walk without Jerry Schilling’s help, WHY didn’t someone make her go to the ER??!! It was obvious she needed help!! 💔

As a totally blind child growing up in the 90s Elvis was my first hyper fixation. I traveled all over the United States performing. I had the jumpsuit and everything. A few years ago I went to the house and did the VIP tour. The staff quickly figured out how much I knew, and kicked everyone out and took the ropes down and allowed me to touch his furniture. I often wish that maybe one of them told her about me because that would be really really neat. I wish she had read the audiobook herself because I think that she has one of the best speaking voices in all of film today.

I honestly didn’t care for Julia Roberts’ voice. I never was a fan of hers. Seems very over rated and a Hollywood snob imho. The book is very depressing and it’s unfortunate that the happy times were not emphasized a bit more. I have heard many of those who knew Elvis very well say that Lisa had it all and there were a lot of good times in her life. Very bad choices also got in the way of her happiness. But that’s not to downplay the tragedies in her life.
Of the top three people I’d be honored to meet, Riley is at the top of that list. Just believe she’s so grounded, humble, friendly and authentic. My Dad died less than a month prior to Elvis in 1977, I was eight years old and my father was my Elvis. While barely understanding death, being a child watching all the news about Elvis Presley made it all sink in to the point of understanding the finality of it. It hurt all over again. Maybe one day our paths will cross.

She is 100% most definitely Presley and the most different thing is that the southern accent has gone away over generations and distance from the south . It truly is wonderful to see the legacy. Also that picture with Lisa when Riley was a child looks so much like it is Lisa. Genetics play tricks as we age , however, she is clearly the granddaughter of Elvis and PRiscilla. It’s hard to fathom that so much time has passed . She can be proud of who she is and proud to say she is her own person. Humble is what I noticed first . Highly recommend listening to this book, Julia is amazing, and Riley allows us to hear lisa maries voice as well. 10 out of 10, definitely recommend!

Lisa Marie was a sweetheart, but she had a temper like Elvis. Lisa Marie did the best she could because she lost her dad, and nobody understood her like her father. She was close to her son, Benjamin. Part of Lisa died when she lost her son and her daddy

Riley has such a peaceful, wise presence about herself. She's a great actress too. I hope Lisa Marie was very proud of her. So glad she completed her mom's memoir. Lisa Marie Presley 🙏🙏🙏 We were lucky we got to meet her years ago she was so sweet and kind to us we got her autograph on our concert tickets and her cd we bought at the concert we were in 2nd row too! We will cherish those’s concert tickets & cd and the memory of meeting her! My husband painted an Elvis portrait for her of her father she loved it!
She looks like HIM when her face lights up and the devilish look he had in his cheeks and smile when he would grin at his own joke or be teasing…she is also very kind , gracious and NICE soft spoken as both her grandparents were and her grandmother and mother are. She is 100% most definitely Presley and the most different thing is that the southern accent has gone away over generations and distance from the south . It truly is wonderful to see the legacy. Also that picture with Lisa when Riley was a child looks so much like it is Lisa. Genetics play tricks as we age , however, she is clearly the granddaughter of Elvis and PRiscilla. It’s hard to fathom that so much time has passed . She can be proud of who she is and proud to say she is her own person. Humble is what I noticed first . The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. ❤️❤️Best wishes to her in the future.

Riley, is enchanting and so poised.. She’s gone through serious losses, and continues to maintain her sense of self. This can be quite difficult in the medias constant eyes.
