10x reduces the signal level. Move the trigger level accordingly, using the rotary button to the area where the signal is. The trigger level is indicated by the yellow triangle at the right of the screen. That triangle should be inside the area of the signal in order for the trigger to work.
@@erikloman9452 I know and I did and it didn’t work. Nevertheless, auto setup should work on its internal signal without a need of changing or turning any knobs, according to the manufacturer. They confirmed that the scope is defective. Thanks for the comment though.
