Any reason for no narration? I found the flow a bit disjointed, but got the general idea. First thing I'd do though, is reposotion the ugly satellite dish from tbe front balcony. Nice property. Thank you.
Yes, I agree. The video is a bit chopped up, but the place is small enough that I got the position of most rooms. I'd make a second bedroom either on the terrace other side of the one bedroom or in the cantina/basement. It doesn't look like there is any other place for that satellite dish, so it faces the south sky. 😊
@@AbruzzoHouse I think he is asking since this is a shared building (condo?) is there a central fund to pay for shared building maintenance. Is there a condo fee? Some call it HOA (home owners association)
Well it looks like it all used to be the same house, and overtime has been divided in two. Why else would you have staircases dead ending into walls, or walls built across the foot of the staircase? They probably just divided the house at some point in the past and now it’s two separate residences. I’m sure there’s no “funding” for anything other than out of your pocket.
I have zero spatial awareness so the only thing I understood was the dining and lounge were separated by the staircase. How did you access the bedroom and uper terrace? Was that tiny narrow doorway up the wooden steps the entrance to the dining room and upper floor? I'd never fit through it (fat American). That satellite dish has to go. Makes the beautiful facade look terrible. I normally love these ancient (to me) Italian townhouses with all their twists and turns but this one might be too twisty for me which which is too bad because I love the facade and the way they did up the rooms
I actually lost focus when entering the main bedroom and so needed to improvise. So there is a patio on the ground floor leading to the kitchen. Kitchen accesses bathroom, dining room and terrace. Terrace accesses cellar and garden. Dining room is kind of open plan with the lounge, separated by the stairs. The stairs go up to bedroom on one side and terrace on the other. The bedroom has an ensuit bathroom. The owners are not small people
Not for 90 thousand euros, there were water stains from the roof, a dilapidated shed connected to the house and the house next door is an eyesore. Plus the steps inside and out are horrible.
@bsiliano for the money it’s not a bad piece of property. Yes it needs some alterations but you need to have the home inspected before you consider an appropriate offer. Two terraces of nice size, hard to find.
Very cute 1 bedroom townhouse. Cheap wooden steps from kitchen. all walls, ceilings bookcases and stairs need painting.very tiny Bath needs an extreme scrubbing. Not what would be consideted newly renovated here in the states. What we would consider false advertising. So very overpriced. And were those sandbags at bottom of steps in front of basement doors moved mid video ? Does the basement get wet ? Hard to tell since video only shows upper walls and ceiling down there. But that was probably for a reason. Videographer walks around poining at floor except there.
Love it because it’s on the end.

I like it, but stairs looked too steep for this 77 old. Where Would one park ?
Love it! Price?

Is this place still for sale
Yes, offers welcome

there are some stains which are due to bad ventilation or discolouring of the walls. It needs a lick of paint. I am assured the roof is fine
