I also remember loving the first week of school, because the only assignments and homework you got was to do a title page in your book.
They started out really intricate... by year 12 I just wrote the name of the subject in big letters and then underlined.

I totally recommend watching some Disney movies because they always put me in a good mood, especially if you aren't too happy about going back to school. Sing your heart out to some good ole Disney jams!

WHAT the end of the season no way whyyyyyyyy
In australia we have our summer holidays for about 6 weeks from December to January, and we head back to the new school year at the end of January. I used to LOVE getting my school supplies. I loved decorating my school books with paintings and drawings on blank paper, then taping that to my books then covering it with clear contact. But other times I just got holographic purple contact.

I recomend the T.V. Show Lost. I was watching little bloopers of it the other day and remembered how much I love the show. ^_^

This is one of my favorite things on youtube because the set reminds me of a mix between Mr. Dressup's house, and Crazy Quilt. Minus the talking raccoon.

aw this was so cute and made me think back to my school days - although nostalgia is great, I still can't help but feel relieved I never have to go back!!

Also, I used to LOVE the first day of school just to see what everybody would be wearing and what kind of classes would actually be fun (yes, I was and still am a nerd).

I have pictures from every one of my first days of school and looking back, all the outfits after I stopped wearing a uniform were so awful.

we had a new teacher in school in my grade 12 year. when i met her i asked "how are you liking it here so far?" she gave me this surprised look and said "you're the first student to ask me that." Albeit i'm a nice person but i was kind of shocked that none of the other students stepped up and welcomed her!
