- “Being a Muslim in this country and facing all this every day is not funny.”
A teacher in India’s Karnataka was suspended after a viral video showed the rebuttal of a Muslim student who the teacher had likened to one of the terrorists behind the 2008 Mumbai attacks.
The Manipal University student later said in a WhatsApp message that circulated around the university that he had a private conversation with the teacher following the incident during which the teacher had offered his apologies.

That is why i see no trace of mercy in the boys’ reaction. And i wonder… what would help him to maintain peace in his heart now?

So because people are educated equals they are perfect, right? I know you wouldnt expect errors from educated people but people are still imperfect no matter how educated you are.
And still although educated and in error he did apologize.
And yes the boy might be facing such situations very often but those situations are also a chance to proof in front of good that he seeks for peace rather than just bark so to speak.
But you havent understood my point initially.
What should the boy DO in order to go peacefully about his day regardless everything? As a man of faith, what should he do other than what he is doing in the video clip? Just tell me. Sincerely.

Thats true.. No one in the class ie supportint him or saying a word for his remark.. Such a strong boy..

“The best among you are those who bring greatest benefits to many others.”- Prophet Muhammad PBUH.
The student's strong protest was at least beneficial in changing the negative classroom culture!
Any Muslims from india reading this comment and this reply of me. I have a message. Pakistanis don't hate you. Pakistanis see you as Muslims first. But you hate us as Pakistanis first which I don't blame you for being living around non Muslims who are full of evil and who oppress you. But brothers these india and Pakistan and USA will not be here forever these cultures will fade. Message given to us by our Holy prophet Pbuh was "Islam one ummah" not nationality brother. Not nationality. Understand it. Do not let people divide us. Do not say "indian Muslim". See every Pakistani he says "Alhamdulilah I'm a Muslim and a Pakistani". Every person in Pakistan puts Islam first despite being a Islamic nation then why you speak against us n defend a country who does injustice to u? why u let it happen being Muslims? It's okay forgiveness is priority. InshaAllah One day the enemies will pay for the injustice they are doing. We were always with you and will always be with you. you're our brothers and we are your brothers.
Where did you get this statement? Do you have the reference for it?

We all muslims should be courageous enough to stand against wrong like this boy
"Sorry doesn't change how you think" facts
and so does genocide of Hindus doesn't becomes fake by so called Islamists
@EX009 Aditya Raj Singh not sure what your saying here but it sounds like your trying to justify this teacher's actions ..this is one video clip ...it doesn't represent all Hindus...this is about the teacher and the student ...and in this situation the teacher is clearly wrong ...is that difficult to admit/understand?
well...... if it's a "true" sorry than doesn't that mean he changed his views on that stuff and now regrets it and that's why he's apologizing?
there's a saying which goes like:
An Apology without change is manipulation
i mean a moment can change a person' view on some things and he can be sorry for it so... idk if it's "facts" or he is being emotional.
Not defending the teacher or anything, i am a muslim myself and i also thinks that these racist stuff shouldn't happen in class and in presences of other students etc.
@THE STROKE he apologised coz he knew he was called out about the matter and he could not retract what he said. The fact that the teacher has that malice towards Muslims yet teaches muslim students shows he is worse than a person who outright says he hates muslims/Islam...we all would like to believe that giving the benefit of the doubt in a particular matter is good but in this situation I doubt the benefit.
@@ibz2747 hmm....i was talking about your main comment which was
(Sorry doesn't change how you think" facts)
which have nothing to do with the teacher or the student, i was just stating that the statement you used was wrong. I never said the teacher was honest or he was lying etc, i just said that "if" that's the case.
but bro most of wut you just said are straight up assumptions and not even one of them is credible.
This boy had more guts and heart than anyone else.
He managed to calmly get his points across in an articulate manner even though he faces Islamophobia every day and was humiliated in front of the entire class, none of whom are trying to stand up for him.
i wonder if the guts coming from is a deep seated hatred towards other religions or is it genuine
While I agree that this student should be treated well; i would like you to think honestly.......how many muslims stand up for people of other faiths when other muslims attack them??
The use of the word....'kaafir' or 'haraam' ! How many muslims listen to their fellows using this for other people and keep silent!! Just disagreeing with attackers is not enough, do muslims stand up for the freedom of other faiths ? NO. Internally they feel comfort when their own faith bands together. Sadly the phobia is not just a one-way phobia as you are making it seem.
I see guts all over, spread around 🤣🤣
How can the professir say and student like that , he is Right , it's not a joke
Why always we Muslims should face these things 😢, Proud of this Brave brother, great 👍🏻
"Sorry i got caught" is what he means.
He's sorry because he realizes there's camera
The teacher didn't know about the camera.
More like his job was in danger now
He got scared that his throat could get sliced after that.

You can feel the sadness and discrimination he and his family must be facing each day.
I have many muslim friends. No one faces discrimination in India. 20% are muslims. thats too large a pop to call themselves minority.
They are all bloody traitors
It's not pakistan or middle east.
If he would've been facing this everyday then he wouldn't have responded like that.
Muslims arguing with such boldness in India yet claim that they are living in terror.. The teacher too got suspended.
If he was a student in high school and scolded the teacher he will suspended and he got no justice from the school😢

@Awesomewithoutallah 💣 you are giving an hypothetical story of a Hindu boy in Muslim country committing suicide that has never happened. So, you are admitting that behaving this way is wrong. Why do this andh. Bhakths always point to something happened in the past to justify the wrongdoing that they want or are doing?.
Grow up and be a sensible citizen. Condemn wrong as wrong and praise good as good. It doesn’t matter if it happens in India or any other Muslim country. Your gobar brain is filled with all the poison/ hatred that politicians have put in your head.

This kind of joke is never funny.
Being a Muslim in this country and getting so many reservation and subsidies is not funny
Brave boy we need to learn something from him.....
yes he stand on his right
It really isn’t that hard to treat each other with respect and kindness. People wonder how a person (regardless of religion) can become a radical, this how. I’m a Christian but would have no issue being respectful, kind and a friend to a Muslim, a Buddhist, Agnostic, etc. We are all flying through space on this dirt spaceship together. We need each other to survive and thrive!
If you were a Christian then you would have read the proper books to know what you’re up against with others that aren’t Christian in your future that’s happening now. It is not only taught in the Old Testament in the first few books but also in revelation, the last book. It’s not about how you are to behave towards them and how they do behave towards you and everyone else that are not them.
So you would respect child marriage, slavery, racism, r**pe…? Because that’s what Islam is. I’m sorry but I can’t respect Nazi same way I can’t respect someone who believes in those things.
Totally agree 💯% Thank you

What scares me more is no one is defending the boy, everyone is laughing like just nothing happened

Cus its a joke not that deep lol unless u have victim mentality
Lol, brother, when you see in video it will be different than when you in classroom, the moment you don't understand quickly, and the kid had no need to make that long, instead of raise voice against Muslim terrorists, he defended his undercarpet terrorists.
