I started on 1.5 then 3.0 then 4.5 which is where I am now. Prescribed by my functional medicine doctor for Hoshimotos. But have seen other issues disappear.
My eczema is gone. I was on Dupixent for 3 years. Don’t take it at all now. I have had chronic sinusitis for years and years. Nothing has EVER stopped the cough, sneezing, watery eyes, runny nose! SINCE BEING ON LDN its been a miracle. ALL GONE!
I am convinced both were autoimmune issues for me.
I feel like LDN has changed my life.
I feel normal! I’m 73 and I feel normal. So very grateful!

I’ve used LDN on and off for 6 year (many more). I’ve stopped a couple years ago because I had trouble with sleep and some nervous problems. A few months ago I started taking LDN again. I started extremely low….now taking 2mg and tolerating it without a lot of side effects. My advice low and slow. I have had relief from my chronic facet pain for approximately 3 months. I’m so Thankful and hoping for continued recovery. Also I go to a doctor that is a prolotherapist and I’m having better recovery with LDN.

You are one in a million. Most Drs don't want to be bothered with getting to know their patients not alone listen.

@28:14 Curious how emerg surgeries are handled, ie broken limbs, appendix etc.

Thank you for the video! Very informative. I've started prescribing LDN within my own practice. My question is once you start seeing positive effects even at the 1.5mg do you continue titrating up or leave the patient at 1.5mg? Second, patient's that have simple medical procedures needing twilight sedation how do you handle their dose? Should the patient not take LDN for 24hrs before procedure or day of procedure?
    Appreciate your advice. Thank you.

What if u been on opioids for twenty yrs. Up to 15 to 30 mg. Four times a day with 50mcg fentanyl patch and I'm 64 with severe arthritis with lupus and now severe r.a. pain. What will help me .I also have small vessell vasculitis. I'm not having a life. Can't barely get up knees so bad. The r.a. symptoms flared up after covid and won't get better as well as terrible stomach issues. I've lost sixty pounds

@23:17 Maybe safer initial protocol for transition to/from higher dose/longterm opioids for chronic pain mgt. But **see a trusted MD ideally rheumatologist or specialist in your dx who can assess you and review your medical history.** Edit: 100 mcg = 0.1 mg. Also look into Buprenorphine (butrans) patch. Just search online and YT.

May I let you know LDN has helped me with RA and chronic facet pain. If your on opioids the LDN may stop the effect for a few hours. However, I in my late 60’s and take 2mg at night only. It was difficult for me to stick to LDN especially because it interfered with my sleep. However lately I’m sleeping and I have many pain free days. I pray you will be successful in your pain journey. 🙏

Hello. I'm currently taking about 2 grams of kratom a day to help with anxiety after being in recovery from heroin. I've been clean since August 2022. Will taking the ldn (1.5mg) while on kratom cause precipated withdrawal ? Thanks

Look into ULDN taking 1 microgram per day. Up to 4 micrograms per day spread out… ULTRA low dose naltrexone works with opioid medication and doesn’t seem to do anything without them… Having something to do with the protein coupling switch… Anyhoodles 1 microgram per day relieves depression, anxiety and nerve pain for me almost immediately.
