Dude, this video format is sick. Getting straight into it with no talking at the start is really refreshing, and the progress bar the top is a nice touch. I would definitely love to see the longer videos continue, but having a few vids like this mixed in here and there would be great.
For any light typer out there please consider carefully before buying these. I'm a light typer but I still got the blacks based on their great reviews. They feels great for normal messaging and gaming but for typing long documents it feels like a chore basically. I'm using a red-like switch now and have no problem whatsoever and I love them.
Milky Yellows = more popular, (mostly) cheaper, and probably a tad bit heavier, smoother, and thockier. Also lets more RGB shine through. Recommended for most "I want thocky" people. Ch Blacks = SLIGHTLY higher pitched, but still smooth! They're very close in style ;)
I dont get it, I got gifted a keyboard with these mechanical keys and after having used only the rubber dome keyboard that came with my pc, I was completely disappoint. For gaming and typing i find it frankly worse I dont get why there is a hipster esque community for these types of keyboards, wanting to express their personality and owning like five of them. If I push down I want some resistance I want the key to activate when i push it down, but for mechanical, its called bottoming out it makes a loud annoying noise. one is only supposed to press down to the actuation point which is not at the bottom but half way up. Sometimes I push a key and nothing happens, sometimes I push it and it bottoms out, it feels like its hit or miss to be honest, and the noise! My friend has one of these super clicky ones, idk what they are called but they are super loud, louder than a typewritter. On discord, I can always hear the keys when he is typing, its extremely annoying, I got him to increase his mic activation threshold but still occasionally I can hear them Why are they called switches? You dont switch anything with them, and a keyboard is not called a switchboard. They are keys.
