It definitely was a crazy session. The whole day was nuts. The Mojave body looks awesome on the mega just had to trim the back up a little bit to make it fit right but it’s meant for that rig. It definitely was nice. Having a few other people out here to bash with we’re gonna try to do it every couple weeks, thanks for all the awesome parts they performed awesome

Like always I got a little carried away lol but they enjoyed it. It was a good time. I need the mega kraton🤩 This was so entertaining! Ordered MX43 to day.. 4 Duratrax exploded on my last bash (k8, max5g2 12s, castle 800kv)😅 question, I often have problem with rear hinge pins. I have the m2c hinge pin blocks.. Do you drive stock hinge pins? Greetings from Norway🍻
@@henningkristensen7446 what’s up brother and thank you very much. Glad you enjoyed it. I use M2c hinge pins and I grease them lightly before installation. Once they start to rust a little bit they start to break down and the metal gets weaker and you end up, snapping them right where the rust is. use a good marine grease that’s waterproof that should help you out a little bit and if you’re running 12s the only tires I recommend are MX 43’s
Thanks bro and definitely those cars was getting it. The max5 combo gets a little warmer than the Max4 but I think she’s still around the 130’s to 140’s the motor about the same. The max4 don’t even break a sweat around 115 at most but I’m not ridiculously geared either on neither car
Crazy I run max5 g2 650 KV in my 5t 58/22 and it gets pretty hot in Massachusetts. Don't know how your that spur and pinion and I have crazy fans. 5t is 42 pounds so it's heavier but still . Sick vid as always.

Any tips on the differentials? I have a newer Kraton, pretty much similar to yours. Still building my mega Kraton though. Anyways, I’m curious if u have any tricks or just run it stock set up (diffs) with upgraded aluminum diff covers?

Hey man, what’s up I haven’t settled for nothing yet. I’m still playing around with it but it seems like a 39 spur and a 42 pinion it’s pretty good. She does get hot around 12 to 15 minutes of hard running if you go with a 40 pinion she’s perfect. Never got over 130° on the motor. And that’s at Max punch on the ESC. I put a little group together on FB messenger. If you hit me up over there, I’ll add you to the group. We meet up at my spot every two weeks if you’re interested.

I can’t see the Rlaarlo Omni terminator taking big air like this . Maybe 10’ high . The bottom e clip under the piston always pops off on my example and the chassis will bend at the front , pins . It’s a sturdy RC though and is awesome for regular head high jumps imo . I’ve repaired the shocks about a dozen times and am looking for better ones , 85-90mm long
Thanks for the question. All I had to do was just trim up the rear of the body a very little bit. The front body post fit. The rear did not line up. I had to add two new holes as well. I meant to show it in this video and forgot I was so excited about that run. I will on the next video.

I’ll take the mega over the regular Kraton any day it handles better. And on the speed I have no clue which one’s faster they feel about the same to me. The response of the mega is a lot better and it flys flatter seems like it’s more well balanced.

Thanks, dude. I tighten the Pistons down pretty good in the beginning just to get it seated and then I back it off to where I can lightly spin it on the shaft.
@@AldoLoyal you are doing it right then. I think you might have just had a nut back off over time a couple of more threads to where it was too much and “tweaked it” to hard on the thread part of the shaft leveraged on by the piston itself against the shock cylinder wall during that landing. I use nylock nuts (if they don’t come with them) to hold when not tight against the piston,so I can back them off the piston just enough to let the piston rock back and forth a millimeter or so each way (but not move to much) . Like one thread or a thread & 1/2 back from tight against the piston essentially. I was snapping pistons and shafts up till then . You might had a freak break or something rare.

Aldo on the 8s standard what bulkhead/diff cover are you using? I hate tge plastic ones
I use Vitavon bulkheads all the time seems to work much better at holding the differential together

Aluminum bulkheads are a must and if you’re running 12 S I would go with aluminum cups as well
