I feel like Moxie perfectly encapsulated the feeling of when everyone was trying to guess what Sylveon was before we knew about the Fairy type.
Also, Horses absolutely equal water type because they were made from sea foam by poseidon.
Everyone seems to forget Poseidon was also the god of horses.

Given what you said with your 1st entry, I thought the 2nd was going to be based on soap dispensers. Making it fairy or poison type because of how helpful or harmful cleaning chemicals can be. That & it kinda reminded me of the little guys from Bubble Bobble.

Did you make Froggins shiny colors the exact same as shiny Genesect on purpose since both have cannons? or was it a pure coincidence?

Lurantis is one of those examples of ambiguous typing. Looks like a big but is actually pure grass
Lurantis is SO funny. You know orchid mantises? They're mantises pretending to be orchids. But Lurantis? Lurantis is an ORCHID pretending to be a MANTIS!
I thought exactly of Lurantis when the first pokemon in this video was being explained. Pretends to be a creature that would eat the things that want to eat it
I mean to be fair to Moxie, the star motif could make the Lumihop line easily mistakable for Cosmic-type, so even if they could've guessed he was gonna add a type, it's still somewhat ambiguous which one he added.
I would definitely not have guessed light... because fairy is practically a light type. That's why everyone expects sound to be the next type, we've already got a light equivalent.

Hydhorsis would be a dope concept. It reminds me of Hakan from Street Fighter a bit.
Also, Moxie may break the rules, but the designs and the sheer creativity is nuts!
As for another challenge, I'd do one with random shapes; basically everyone has a silhouette to use to draw the same Pokémon but the shape given HAS to be used for the head, body or some part of the body.

I just thought Moxie's kangaroo Pokemon being a grass- electric, being based on a Christmas tree with the electric lights and the star, also being so close to Christmas . ( I could also definitely be reaching!).
I concluded ghost based on similar reasoning. Figured it was a haunted Christmas tree star/ornament.
The algorithm blessed me with this video today, I have now watched the entire series. I love all the intricacies that go into these designs, from lore to biology to just general art stuff, it picks at a certain part of my brain that most forms of entertainment can't effectively reach. Really enjoyed the series so far, looking forward to more in the future!
This challenge reminds me of a design concept I came up with for my region. It’s an Octopus that’s Psychic/Ghost type. It lacks the water type partly because my region is based on Australia and there are just too many options involving that typing. The other reasons for its type is because it is based on a Glass Octopus, I also wanted to reference the high level of intelligence Octopus have.

Miraghoul the oasis one is by far my favorite
I got miraghoul because of the grass around the water, reminded me of an oasis as opposed to a beach
These have got to be my favorite types of fakemon videos, along with the ones where they choose singular parts of it that could or couldn't match up.
So, I haven't finished the video, but I want to play the guessing game with them before the typing of the mon is revealed. I missed the first two for Ron, so for the third I'm gonna say Dragon and Ghost. It looks like a guardian spirit koma, who's color scheme is meant to ward off weaker foes but also blend in with other dark spirits so that they are none the wiser.
I think a great video idea would be for an artist to draw a fake mon and eveyone else has to draw what they think it looks like off of name alone!

Also, thank you Moxie for Lumihop; I also think we should get a proper kangaroo Pokémon, as Kangakong barely counts (seriously a part of me thought it was a mother bear with a pouch at times). One of my first ever Fakemon I made was basically an orange kangaroo with blue horns...

I want to see Algolizard get a hydra themed evolution that becomes a Steel/Dragon type and has a signature ability that gives it stab (or half stab) on the types that its pre-evo can change into.
I love that you keep bringing on different artists. I followed this series because of Subjectively, but I stuck around for every single artist you bring on.

I actually managed to guess the Light type and now I feel accomplished
Moxie:
1) Normal and/or dragon type, with tri attack
2) Flying and/or psychic, flying pokemon from space that uses its star as a psychic power
Evolution = flying and psychic again
