Such kinda houses can be built by people without rich father's too...just see all those actresses houses..or any female doctor's house...or even women entrepreneurs... or nurses who work abroad...it's possible...if you have a dream...just work for it...
Lakhs of people from Kerala spend very tough and really pathetic life living in shared accommodation in Middle East to build such massive houses in their home town for their kids. Many of the father and mother who work abroad live away from their family for entire years just to full fill the dream of this kind of house .it doesn’t mean only rich can build it even hard working class people do it.
