I wanted to say that last month I had a grasshopper in my bedroom wall every night for a week and it scared me a little, so at the end of the week I made it leave through the window but then I realized that I was so lucky that week and ever since it’s gone I’ve lost my good luck! 🙁 I hope yours gave you luck too🍀

I love making sourdough! That's honestly great for a first attempt! You definitely want your starter to be much more active than that to help the bread rise- It should basically 2-4x in size. I also recommend kneading 6 times (once per hour), then forming the boule and letting it sit in the fridge overnight for the final rise then cooking. I think letting your starter mature more and making sure it's at least 2-4x in size when you decide to bake will help!

The fall videos are so nice and cozy to watch! My family and I don't celebrate Halloween, we just do fall festivities! No halloween, scary movies or ghosts. We like watching those cozy fall movies instead of Halloween ones. Hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful season.

I've been baking sourdough bread since July. Definitely quite a journey every single time. You are very good at scoring! One tip I like to share is to bake your bread about 10 minutes longer. It tastes better if it's very browned.
