Here’s my take on it : It reminds me of the old Q-Redew if anyone remembers that steamer which is great! I’m happy to see another hair steamer option for the girlies! The design is so cute! I love how you can see that Pattern Beauty intentionally makes products and tools for us natural hair girlies and everyone in between too! The brown is everything! But tbh I feel like for $170 for only 16 minutes of steam kinda sucks especially of us with thicker, longer natural hair - I feel like for that for that price, the steam treatment should be longer If and when they are going to revamp/make an upgraded version of this steamer, I think they should make the water reservoir waaaaayy bigger so that it lasts longer Alllsssooo if they were to make the steamer like a chargeable battery (like you would charge it like how’d you charge your phone) instead of having to plug it in, That would be amazing!
Adding a bigger reservoir for more water might make the steamer heavier and that will hurt your arms after a while. Everything else is on point. Battery Charging would definitely be a game changer cuz those cords are annoying
it's honestly amazing how fast your hair grows! I remember watching one of your other vids from earlier in the year and you said you couldn't wait for your hair to touch your shoulders un-stretched and now it does! ♥ ♥
Nice! I like this design way better than my Q-Redew, and you definitely get more time with Patterns, the prongs look longer, and you get more coverage. She thought it through carefully. If you're dealing with chronic pain, this will be way more comfortable to hold as well. I feel that the price isnt to bad compared to the Q-Redew at $80.00, which you have to refill quite often. I feel that the Q-Redew should've been less expensive. And it's a nuance dealing with the hooded one, which you also have to turn around backwards at some point to get all your hair steamed. Putting it together, the take down, and the clean up is bothersome also. Thanks for reviewing.
I used a bottle of distilled water to fill mine. Makes it a lot easier to fill without spilling. Plus the distilled water is a better option for your hair and your appliances. Great review! ❤
i bought a hair steamer and i use it every other wash day. I like to use if to give my deep conditioner some heat. I do notice my hair seems softer using the steamer instead of a heat cap. Also gives me the illusion of a pamper session for me any hair. We besties lol
It may be the hair product that you use with it. Like,Brittany is using the Pattern product also with this steamer. So that maybe a difference. Try the Pattern product and see if that makes a difference. I plan on trying it because I have a steamer as well. Best Wishes ❤
Girl Google is on your side! I typed in Dual Voltage Hair Steamer bc I was gonna buy a used Q-Redew from eBay, but I live in South Korea & the plug isn't gonna work here. Low & behold your video popped up. This is gonna be my Xmas present, I'm gonna send my momma your video/link bc she can mail it to me from the US. Much love from Korea 💞
Okay camera quality, background, and overall aesthetic! But my goodness, just when I was thinking of getting a revAir... LOL! Now I have 2 appliances on my wishlist.
It’s so cute and your results were gorgeous but I get so tired when doing my hair so Id prefer purchasing one that I can sit under over a hand held one. And yes to the skin care routine bc you’re glowing 😍
Add a bigger water reservoir may make the steamer too heavy and the way my arms are set up that’s a no go. Great review definitely want one. I would like to see your new skin routine
Nice and thorough review. I really like the bowl looking attachment. I already have the q-redew steamer and have had it for yearssss so seeing a different attachment other than the prongs is quite intriguing.
I hope this product doesn’t air fry people’s hair. I can understand using it once or twice a week. Trying to use this every day I see a lot of breakage in the near future for some.
I have high porosity hair and my hair does best when I steam my hair. It’s more hydrated and grows out beautifully. I use to have an upright steamer but I think I’m going to invest in the Pattern steamer after seeing your video. Good job Brittany.
Their drop time is very timely for the season. I have a hand held steamer, facial steamer and a sit under steamer 😅. I need to start using them. But again, nice review and demo.
I bought the HUETIFUL Hair Steamer when hair steaming first became a thing. It’s almost the size of my hair dryer and has to be put together every time you use it. That doesn’t make it too user friendly and you certainly can’t travel with it. However I do enjoy the benefits of using it whenever I pull it out.
I love steaming my hair for years now. I used to have the Qredew and loved it until it broke. Now I just use a normal clothes steamer and works just as well
Have you ever tried/reviewed a cheaper hair brand? Like the Creme of Nature Argan Oil brand? Money is tight for me so I’ve been looking for other brand and Ive been hearing that its a good on but idk anything about it
Yes on the skin care routine! And did they mention anything about the type of water to use? Typically with other steamers they recommend distilled or purified water to prevent calcium deposits to maintain the integrity of the steamer. Just curious! Your hair is gorgeous! 💕
Hi!!! So sorry to be off topic, I was wondering if you already have done or can do a review of the bounce curl brush? I’ve seen you use it in some shorts but haven’t seen a video for it. I’m curious how it would work for type 4 hair, if causes a lot of breakage, if it could potentially be used for a slick back look?
Do you have anyone tips on how to keep a wash and go moisturized. I find when I do a wash and go, by day 2/3 my hair feels soo dry. Any tips like products choice or application?

Everything you said is valid girl💯💯💯
I 1000% agree i still use my q redew
Great suggestions

Girl, a cup with a spout would prevent water spillage without stress. I love it, but I already have a steamer. great review!!!

Right her hair retaining is fire
Her advice is top tier I’ve seen an amazing difference in my hair just by taking some of her advice
shes reviewing hair lines too which makes it even more crazier since the products may not be as good.

Exactly! No tap water for me.

Is this the Q-Redew all over again!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Yes. 😂
This was my first thought.
Yes...us old naturals know the Q-Redew
@@michelledorch7588 lol yup
Yep and still use mine that I got for less than $50😂😂😂

We can't buy a Revair in the UK 😕💜
It's a QRedew dupe. They still sell the QRedew. OG naturals know.
Mines still going strong 😅 almost 8 years
@dimples7162 That's amazing! When it came out, many of us wanted one.

i feel like 16 minutes and having to refill isnt bad considering most people would be doing this in the bathroom and the sink would be right there

Great review Brittany! Pattern Beauty always delivers in quality products. The hair steamer looks so neat and was clearly well-thought out.
Nice and thorough review. I really like the bowl looking attachment. I already have the q-redew steamer and have had it for yearssss so seeing a different attachment other than the prongs is quite intriguing.
Such a great review! I can't wait to try, this will be my holiday gift to myself!
I hope this product doesn’t air fry people’s hair. I can understand using it once or twice a week. Trying to use this every day I see a lot of breakage in the near future for some.
Cuz ppl overdo everything. Too much of anything good can backfire.
Steam treatment is more of a 1x weekly thing tho. No one should be steaming every day 😮
I was waiting for you or Whitney to review this. I bought the revair that I love because of ya’ll

I have high porosity hair as well. I've never used a steamer but always wanted to try one. I got that one last week.
The little bottle is what you use to refill the steamer with water
This is fascinating, I'm just used to sitting under a steamer to steam my hair. wow, how things have moved on
I got mine for $153 at Ulta using a coupon and points
Their drop time is very timely for the season. I have a hand held steamer, facial steamer and a sit under steamer 😅. I need to start using them. But again, nice review and demo.

Try an Applicator bottle to put the water in because it has a very small nozzle and you can just squeeze it in

Hey just wanted to let you know I love your videos
I definitely need this! I’ve been trying to buy a hair steamer for a few years now but they were sold out everywhere I looked.
Yes on the skin care routine!
And did they mention anything about the type of water to use? Typically with other steamers they recommend distilled or purified water to prevent calcium deposits to maintain the integrity of the steamer. Just curious! Your hair is gorgeous! 💕
Distilled water is recommended.
They can add a funnel that’s a good tip to suggest
i need this tool! im trying to wait until black friday to see if it goes on sale lol
It would be a lot easier to use a measuring cup with a pour spout in order to pour the water. You sold me on the steamer❤
Awesome, thank you for this review.
Yes, do share your skincare 😁
this review was amazing. Thank you
I can no way afford this but it looks really good
Same
Thank you. That was an excellent review❤
NEED the SKINCARE ROUTINE!!!
I love your hydrating hair butter. Is it safe to use on a 6 month old?
Please bring your vlogs back I miss them
I wonder if it would benefit high porosity hair or would it be too much.
It can just don’t over-do it
I'm high porosity, I bought one today. I plan on only using it twice a month
I loved this video and yes please show us an updated morning face routine!!
I'm getting one today from Ulta

Can you please try the garnier sleek and shine shampoo and conditioner thank you also love your video❤
i want oneeeee
I’m trying to decide to get this or a big professional steamer
They should sell extra cups so you can keep one on deck
Yea this is the QRedew all over again. Just be careful of using it too much. It can make the hair weak and gummy, depending on your hair type.
I need this for my locs. Can you use a funnel to fill the water?
How many watts is the steamer?
Do you have anyone tips on how to keep a wash and go moisturized. I find when I do a wash and go, by day 2/3 my hair feels soo dry.

Deep condition
I purchased the steamer. Very disappointed it didn’t work after the flush. Purchased it from Ulta so I took it back.I loved it !!!
Can you try tones by cocoa new hair line and jupopin please
