That outro riff gets me every single time, so fucking brutal. I miss this LoG. Thank god we will always have Killadelphia to look back on. A super rare glimpse of this band as they were maturing yet still hungry to prove they were the undisputed leaders of the new wave of American heavy metal.
From what I remember the whole band was on, and remained on. Fueled by an insane Philly crowd. At one part I remember Randy parting the crowd down the middle and having everyone, meet in that middle and slam into one another fists flying, it was awesome!
Still remember the first time i watched their DVD Killedalphia way back 11 years ago with my best friends and our reaction, FUCKING AWESOME like we were watching live performing their best!
dude, that shit is so fucking badass...the reason why I really love this song...they hit that breakdown and just groove the rest of the song. dudes are always in the pocket on live shows man
I dunno. 80s metal is the music of my youth. This isn't *that* much of a leap from something like Slayer's "Black Magic" (and several other tracks on Show No Mercy) and that was released in 1983. I think it's fair to say LoG upped the ante over bands like Slayer/Metallica/Megadeth/etc, but silly to suggest fans of extreme metal bands in the 80s would have had their minds totally blown.
Buy the DVD or Blu Ray or VHS or whatever, these bands rely on sales now more than ever. I still have my Killadelphia DVD I got in 2009, my senior year of high school!
@@j.lerner5766 OHH I see what you mean now my bad. Ya, BtP and LoG are the same band. But this song is What I’ve Become, not Bloodletting. Why did Ty comment that in the first place?

This was their prime. Sounds like listening to lamb through blown dollar store headphones now.
I was there. Good to go back and review just how crazy of a night it was. Also its good to see how much I remember.
Was his voice actually that good that night?? Or did they edit his voice just a little bit to make it sound as perfect as it is???

Hey didn’t you use to have all the video songs from Killadelphia uploaded like 10 years ago? I figured you had to take em down due to copyright.
Studio version sucks, This is True Metal
True, but holy fuck Ashes of the Wake was a great record!
