Yes you are right. We visited Cayabo Cove beach in April 2022 and I am glad it is not in your list. The beach was really dirty with a lot of plastic and empty bottles, and this was in the afternoon. The main thing in this place seems to be alcohol, and only in a small part of the long beach someone had been cleaning. It was a nasty place! A big man even threw up in the water at night, drunk as so many others there.

Most of the cities in the province of Batangas are landlocked. Batangas City (the capital city of the province) is the only city adjacent to the ocean. Its neighboring towns(Mabini, San Juan, Lobo) are known for their great beaches.....20km from the city center is Cuenca town where Mount Maculot is situated. Most of the towns in Batangas are quite developed since it's the richest province on Luzon island. Nasugbu, Batangas is also a great place as it offers lots of commodities + beach resorts and it's also adjacent to a neighboring province (Cavite-a province near Metro Manila)

Alin po kaya sa mga beaches na 'to walang dogs/cats around? I hate them coz they poop in the sad :/ And sadly locals sometimes just shrug them off, bury their poops in the sand. Ughhh.
