Love the videos and I appreciate all the tips. Love watching videos that include family, thats very important to me as well. Awesome job and look forward to future videos.
Cheers mate. We put them all on hold during the racing season with too much going on, but we are now back with weekly Vlogs & Podcast episodes dropping every Sunday & Wednesday. Hope you enjoy.
Insane ,river sand . well done .can't wait to put those tips into play couple weeks on car .maybe not I'm on a vstrom with house in tow lol. Enjoyed vid so much thanks
Great job Deano,, awsome vid as usual,,, been following you for a bit.. great to see you enjoying riding, i run a mx 11 rear tyre in the sand,, leave it in the sun for 6 months before event and run a mouse tube,, big difference in % of slippage and being harder it will last the don without any dramas ,, thanks again for the vid
That'd be great. Had to cancel the school holiday clinic but will be booking another event out at Mundubbera soon. Keep an eye on the website to see once the new date is released www.teamferris.com.au
After spending so long out there this year I definitely got abit of Finke Fever and it certainly crossed my mind. At this stage of my career and returning to racing I want to keep my focus on winning a few more MX1 Championships, but maybe in the future for sure. Never say never.
@@TeamFerris Hi Deano thanks for your reply I would love to see you race the Finke being a Northern Rivers boy, it would give me an opportunity to cheer for a top runner. A suggestion for your channel content is ordinary riders like me love getting tips from the top pro in every day riding Technics.
@@TeamFerris just when the rpms are so high the valves don’t get time to close, I was in the shop today and Sean showed me the toasted top end. You did a good job of it mate haha 🤙🏼
don river ,great riding but punishing on both rider and bike, some times the sand is bottomless in places, heard a few vessels gone down in that river, roomers are survivors are still trying to clamor out of the sand .

Hey mate, actually that would be a good idea. I might try that next time 🤔 My MX53 had been pizzled in the sun also thats why I run it.

Cheers mate.
Congratulations! That made me want to get a bike again! Broken vet
Nice! Definitely worth it. Such a wicked race 🤘
Awesome work mate , finke next year ?
Just asked the same question.
What is it they say? Oh yeah "Two great minds think alike" lol
@@dropbear9526 same question 😂
Not next year, bringing my focus back to another MX1 Championship, but maybe in the future 🤔
Nice one mate :)
Cheers mate!
Must be scary riding flat taps for so long! A momentary lapse of concentration would be disastrous. Good job Dean.
Ha! Yeah you definitely can't get too complacent thats for sure.
Hi Deano what do you think about racing the Finke desert race?
After spending so long out there this year I definitely got abit of Finke Fever and it certainly crossed my mind. At this stage of my career and returning to racing I want to keep my focus on winning a few more MX1 Championships, but maybe in the future for sure. Never say never.

Man what a buzz that would have been racing the chopper
So cool man! Such a great event.
Great video great event, did you run the 14/46 gearing all weekend?
Thanks mate. Yeah I did. Probably could have probably gone taller I reckon, but it did the job 👍
Deano - give us a call at Mountain Shade. We need to talk about your pit tent.
Hey, thanks for your interest in supporting us. Please send an email to admin@renaeferris.com with your details and we will get back to you.
Why not the 300 2 stroke though?
Not quite quick enough for the win. I did a pre-run on the 300 and just needed more horse power for the race.
Do the bikes get valve float from being wide open for so long?
No idea what that is man, so I guess not 🤷♂️
@@TeamFerris just when the rpms are so high the valves don’t get time to close, I was in the shop today and Sean showed me the toasted top end. You did a good job of it mate haha 🤙🏼
@@Cl4rky Yeah crazy ay. Unbelievable how strong the stock parts to be able to withstand that and actually finish the race! 😱
🔥🔥🔥🙌
🤘
Well done deano💪🏻
Thanks mate 👍
👍💪🔥🚀✌️🏁1
Let’s make a team and go to rally Dakar !!!
Mmm.. 🤔
don river ,great riding but punishing on both rider and bike, some times the sand is bottomless in places,

@@TeamFerris nice job, hard work
450 . . . this KX500 country
Definitely a 500 is the way to go. Maybe next year 🤔
Sooooo. Any plans to do the Fink?
