    Great stuff!!! I'd add that it is imperative for full range of motion to be achieved... slow eccentric, pause reps, squat to the floor, basically for any exercise, etc. It has brought several of my severe injuries back into the working phase again!!

    It is easiest to perform front squats (bar on front of shoulders) on my setup. Are they comparable or should I strive to do the back squats?

    Disagree… look into hex bar deadlift, you need grip and arm strength to lift as well as lower body..
