I was on rybelsus which is the oral form of ozempic. I was on it for diabetes. I felt awful. Threw up after 2 hours of eating or drinking anything, exhausted all the time, nauseous 24/7. Had to come off it. My dad however is on the full dose of ozempic for diabetes and has no symptoms.
Regarding the Ozempic. It's been incredibly tempting at my low points. The reality is, I don't want to pump myself full of pharmaceuticals to keep weight off. That shit scares me. The side effects, the long-term effects all of it. But I have no issue with people that want to take it. More power to you!

I reckon if you have a way that you know works with losing weight, it's a great idea to go back to it. If fasting works, go for it! Wishing you all the luck and good thoughts. :)
For me, Weight Watcher's is what works - been off and on it but when I take it seriously, it works. I'm down 13.8kgs (30lbs) since January and feel so much better.
What kind of fasting are you doing? I like intermittent fasting and have had success with that.
