I make a habit of listening while in bed, late at night with all the lights out, and hubby is asleep. And end up paying for it because the stories can be scary, but I can't help it.❤😂😅

Listening to the tragic tale of the aunt and as the words "taken by a snake" are read, my brain immediately and unhelpfully supplied the thought:
"You might say she was... snaken."

Has my cousin ever listened to your shows? no. Has she bought the merch? YEP! *taking bows* thank you, thank you. I knew she would love the art.

Great video Tara! Is the moral of the Poko-san story that clowns are always weird and scary?

The story with the mom, she reminded me of Ed Gein's mom.

Did the guy, A-chan kill OP's grandpa and just used the, "he died in his sleep" as a cover?

I definitely think A-San took Grandpa's life somehow. Made it look like it was natural. But Grandpa had the last laugh, and got his revenge.

"Massive guy at nearly 190cm" looks over at my 186cm 12 year old...
190cm is about 6'2 for reference
    Poko-san😢

@KowabanaJapan it tickles me when I think about it. My friend visits me every 5 years from Japan and the last time my son was looking down at him at age 10. My friend is about 5'8

I remember that from when I was poking around the net for Shinsengumi facts and so many were about how crazy tall Saitou Hajime was; I looked it up and he was 5'11.

Pretty sure the average height for men in Japan is 5'5", so yes very tall in comparsion.

I’m the new Kami member Long time listener, very happy to support!
I like the deep voice used for Y when he said “You wanna check it out?” It’s a nice touch
