It was a delight to see Meagan and the boys visit my elementary and middle school (1979-1983) and to meet the librarian Mrs. Johnson, who was my mentor and now friend. 🤗

I was thrilled to see the inside of the library because the entry door was not very inviting with it's deteriorating paint job. I don't know the laws in Mississippi or the town laws but maybe volunteering to restore this entrance to the local library would be a good way to minister to the community at large.

GM All. Love the field trip. With the librarian being a former teacher I could see how she related/interacted with the boys on their level. Keep up the good work Meagan. Don’t over do it & let Tim be a substitute teacher every once in a while (especially for PE)😊

I loved the librarian!!! She is so welcoming and a fantastic ventriloquist! That was a great field trip. One thing that would be nice is if some parent would volunteer to paint her front door, the framing around the windows, and the poles, in order to make the outside as inviting as the inside already is (since the town or county obviously hasn't done it). Titus said, "...you're sure we're going inside of there?" A nice entrance would say, "Do come in!"
