nice video, I do something similar in the orchard to help with weed/grass pressure on the smaller trees. I do a layer of compost, then cardboard and mulch

so all you have to do for cardboard boxes is take all the cardboard boxes from USPS for free?

If i have just plain dirt in my back yard. Should i prep with the cardboard and mulch still?

If it’s just plain dirt, then you won’t need cardboard at all! The cardboard is mainly to completely kill off the weed and grass. Otherwise, you can just mulch. ☺️

@@BuffGardener if you don't have enough you can always stop by a local dollar store when they are unboxing stuff and they'll usually happily let you get however many you want.
