The bowflex is a fantastic machine . I have worked out for 34 years , this is one of the best home gyms I’ve ever owned . I have the bowflex blaze.

I had a Bowflex XTL 26 years used fairly regularly.Nothing wrong with it, but got a good deal on a new Bowflex blaze. Great machine!
Keep both then you can do multiple set ups if you have the space

I have the clunky bow flex motivator with lat tower I shoulda gotten the leg extension part. They really oiled up josh for this video.
My first Bowflex was the Motivator in 2001. I had to add the Lat tower but it came with leg extension/ leg curl and was fantastic.
If I had enough room in my basement gym, I would definitely get the Bowflex. Even if it did fold up, I still wouldn't have the space.

It looks like this was the Blaze model before they changed the name to Blaze... looks exactly the same.

This video is same as DVD that comes with and the manual is online with very detailed work out instructions in the middle of it and diagrams.
I need to find that manual. It did not come with a DVD so I am placing a television in this room to watch the UA-cam videos.

It works with all Bowflex machines of similar design. Not the Extreme Models .

Any Bowflex is a great Machine . Depends on your space and your budget .
i say the bowflex ultimate 2 is the best machine plus it comes with an squat station and a preacher curl station which can explode your arms
