500 grams mutton
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp full yoghurt
1/2 lemon juice
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tbsp fennel seed powder
2 bay leaf
1 stick cinnamon
2 cardamom
2 cloves
1 small piece of mace
1 small leaf of star anise
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp pepper powder
500 grams dawat extra long grain rice
washed soaked 1 hour
2 medium onions
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
4 green chillies crushed
2 tbsp yoghurt
1 tomato sliced optional.
chopped coriander leaves
mint leaves chopped few
1/2 tsp fennel seed powder
2 drops kevera essence optinal
