So dumb question as I am still relatively new to bow hunting. By full capture rest, do you mean it locks the arrow in place even before drawing the bow? If so, that sounds awesome. My current issue with my rest is with the mechanics of it, if I draw to quickly the arrow just jumps off the rest.

Yeah, exactly. It is fully contained so it cannot fall out. That's why I'm especially excited to be running it.

@@NextStepOutdoors you should post a close up of an arrow locked in. That sounds super legit!

Nice set up. I have the V3X 29 wt the hamskea epsilon rest made for mathews. And on my bowtech REVOLT I have the hamskea primer. Great rest imo. Good luck this season but if i run cable driven rest it would be that one.do you have a review on your sight

What’s your opinion and thoughts on the Redline Torch?

I've got a few hundred shots with it and really like it so far. Previously, I shot a 5 pin sight and having a clear sight picture makes a huge difference. I've yet to try it in a hunting application but with the two vertical pins, I'm expecting I'll be able to cover my normal distances without having to adjust in the field.

@@NextStepOutdoors awesome thanks for the reply! I got one on order. How would you rate it compared to spott Hogg, black gold?

@@Bobbydoesarchery was running a Black Gold most recently and the build quality is equal if not better. Super pumped about everything coming from RL right now. There is a reason they are growing so quick for being a newer company.

No way would i want that string hanging on the side of my bow..ill take a hard pass.

Do you picture it getting caught on stuff? I've been running similar rests for a number of years and it has never caused an issue. I hunt super hard in a wide range of conditions.

Yes..Where I hunt..everything wants to grab or poke you. And this seems just like something else to just go wrong.
