- This is a 78 card deck based on the Thoth system. The cards are a bit taller than the standard size deck. The card stock is excellent. It comes with a great guidebook that gives a write up of each card. There are no pictures of the cards in it though. The minor arcana suit names are not on the cards. Instead, the elemental symbol is used. Fire for Wands, Water for Cups, Air for Swords and Earth for Pentacles or Coins. There is a card showing which symbol goes with each of the elements. The creator of the deck is Robin Scott and it is published by U.S. Games Systems, Inc.
I love it! the concept is so interesting, and the artwork itself is quite amazing. thank you!
Interesting deck. Good art work. Not enough people of color. Thanks for your flip throughs!
It is an amazing deck..thanks for sharing..i loved it..😉😍
Omg look at that Star card..is not it lovely and gorgeous..😍
Interesting in some aspects, such as names similar to Tarot Crowley.
Some figures are blunt, like 10 of wands , to keep in mind, although many of us know that arcana speak for themselves in different situations.
I like medieval figures better, example: Scapini Tarot.
Thank you very much for sharing it dear Darkstar.
Thank you!
You're welcome
As always I'm late for the party.😄 This video is not new but only after a lot of thought have I started saving for this deck. Please can you tell me how it reads ? I ADORE the Majors but the minors, not so much... Are the insights restricted or is there room for expansion ? I'm not a Thoth girl...
I haven't read with this deck yet. It's a Thoth based deck and I work with RWS. One of these days I'll learn the Thoth system.
I agree on that high priestess..lol🌹
Hello, can I ask (since you don't mention it in the video's description), did the text in the guidebook remain the same as in the original version (apart from those two cards that have been changed, of course)?
I guess USGames wouldn't have much to compress from the original version of the guidebook, so I'm assuming they kept everything the same, but...
Its been so long since I've read the original that I honestly can't say. Sorry.
@@darkstartarot2133 Oh well, thank you anyway!
Thank you!
