It is hard to deal emotionally with a dear sick family member. Ive had twenty 28 surgeries and modern medicine keeps me going. Additionally I had four heart bypasses. These procedures do work very well. All the best to your dad, mom and most of all you April.

I wonder if the "procedure" they refer to is the tiny thing they do with a tube through a vein, and they do some fidgety magic that way. It is done awake, so it is much, much milder on the body and mind than most heart surgeries. Can't recall the proper name for it, it is many years since it was considered on me, and I was young enough for that thing fixed themselves though, so it slipped out of my mind. I'll cross my fingers for that all goes well, and that the bugs clears up as soon as possible.
Angioplasty? Feeding a catheter through an artery in the groin, with a metal balloon on the end that is used to open up the narrowed artery, with or without using a stent?
@@michaelmurphy5170 Sounds familiar! It is about 8-10 years ago, so all I recall was that it sounded a bit like magic that they could fix things like that.
