I thought the MonsoonX couldn’t run E-throttle. Is it because the 1UZ vvti has the position sensor on the throttle body itself and not the pedal? I plan on doing a 1UZ/MonsoonX set up in my SC4 and really want to go with the vvti motor! Good to know it is capable of it , everything I’ve seen with the MonsoonX/1UZ’s have been the earlier non vvti motors.
You are correct. With the early vvti's you can use a throttle lock. This makes it totally cable driven. We have them on our site. If you are persistent on running a dbw setup, then you can a LINK DBW MODULE.
@@mywireshop Okok good info right there! Do you sell any connectors for the oem 1uz sensors at all? Also I’m wanting to try wiring it myself and sure I will run into some hiccups here and there 😂 Do you offer a wiring tutorial for something like this or a service I can pay and email you questions or whatever lol. Subbed and went thru some your vid’s hope all is well after the move!!
@@nuge363 yes, connectors are on the site. I did sell instructions and a kit, including the connectors, instructions and wire, cut to length...had problems with certain customers reproducing harnesses with my info
