    Workout complete, not bad for a woman who will be 66 next month, completed every single free workout including 1000 cals workouts, been with you since 2016.Thanks Nicola.

      I'm 47 and started working out consistently a few years ago. My goal is to stay active as I get older. You're an inspiration!

    Thanks Nicole! I always want to judge the threes on the workout scale and prematurely say something dumb about them and two weeks later I end up needing those twos and three beginner routines! 😅

    I was having one of those days where a workout was the last thing I felt like doing… I did it anyway and it was challenging ( felt like a 4/5) but I got it done !💪🏽

    Yay! Just did this workout this morning. I just had a baby after Nicole. He is 10 1/2 months now and expecting another on Oct 25th so trying not to do any core workouts.

    I need to understand why the chosen or default promo still show this routine is rated as 4/5 when, once you play this, it shows 3/5. This raises a question: which one is correct?

    Enjoyed it. Need some bicep stretches at the end and maybe some off setting tricep work in the workout. I added those ;-)
