Love this. So nicely refined and the input transitions are nicely done too. If being picky I'd say the windows logo needs to be better rounded off but thats just way more picky than needs to be. Great content 👍
A few inconsistencies but I love the graphic and UI design, truly out of my talent. Please keep on doing what your doing as your work is truly fabulous.

@@larissaebner2922hat's because they have a 100% backward compatibility policy. They can't just revamp everything. On the contrary of Apple that breaks all apps every 5 years, because app makers and broken software don't matter, right?
This was made really well, I like how it even seems to lag a little, just like a real computer.
Just like windows lol 💀. I use it myself but a 4000mb ssd is slower than a harddisk on windows 7. Windows 7 is basically way smoother on my olc laptop

I kinda wish Windows was modular and actually installed that fast and then just downloaded extra stuff it needed as you go about things.

All the companies, governments etc would lose their minds. That's why windows keeps old legacy features and visuals change very incrementally, because huge organisations have very hard time migrating.
Perhaps there should be a spilt. Windows for organisations and windows for private users. And the private users would get improved UI and everything new Microsoft can come up with, and organisations would be stuck with old and trusted they love so much.
The startup sound was so nice :D
There are some elements in the sound that made me remember older versions of windows. Such a nice feeling :)

The only problem with this design is where you would hide the search bar? You still need your indicators and clock visible, I propored something like that but in an unified taskbar for a possible new GNOME desktop UI, my idea was keeping a translucent dock like in this video and the rest of the task bar fully transparent, when you maximize the window the taskbar adopts the color of the dock and the dock goes opaque
I prefer hidden search bar like in windows 8.1 rather than search bar taking a lot of space of desktop bar

Windows 12 in your view looks so beautiful :) But they would add a function built-in Bing Ai as chat gpt. But some colors make my head hurt, you can make Windows in the next review without very bright colors acting on your head. Thanks for the content
of all your concept videos, I like this one the most... in fact, I LOVE it! I just wish we could go back to the Windows 7 era where you didn't need to have a Microsoft account, plus I much prefer the OG start menu: and could you come up with a new Internet Explorer sometime? Like, Internet Explorer 12 Refresh, which looks nothing like the Chromium or Mozilla browsers 😀

i wish win 12 is not. like this cause i will switch to linux. i am professionalist and i used to work with certain ui in my entire life and i just dont like the new microsoft workers

You've redefined the way I see Windows systems. I really like the Windows 12 intro animation, the startup with the manufacturer logo, the UI design, the desktop... All of your job is REALLY REALLY impressive!! If something like this is released as an OS, I would be one of the first persons in the world to acquire it, at any costs!

the animations arent inportant little kid. Most users today are amzed by the fancy ui but that not the point of stable, fast and useful os. I dont like that shit man. Microsoft should work in other things not the ui.

I’d love for windows 12 to look similar to this
So at first it reminded me of a Mac setup. I was waiting for the x button to be moved to top left instead of right. Then a bit later in setup it reminded me of LInux. After setup was complete and the Windows settings folder was opened, I can confirm, it mirrors GNOME settings.

If we figure out that Microsoft's entire UX/UI design studio for Windows is not equal to a silver button youtube channel. The design is so beautiful, futuristic and groundbreaking, Microsoft should get rid of everyone who is working in the UX/UI design department. Because I don't think they deserve it!

Just hated one thing :- You won't add anything new. Everytime you open start menu , then file explorer and then ejecting pendrive. Opening search writing winver . I want something new .

I'd hope for the ShowSecondsInSystemClock registry key to return, and generally, for more customization options to become a thing, but this is quite nice!
I'm still on windows 10 because I don't like certain aspects of Windows 11, if this demo was Windows 12, I'd upgrade to this
Microsoft re-released PowerToys, the first version of which was released for Windows 95 in the Plus! pack. Does PowerToys have a setting that can add seconds to the clock? I am not currently using Windows, so I am not able to play around with the PowerToys, although I did have the Windows 95 version way back when, and TweakUI had a bunch of nifty options to choose from 😃
