    Lecture/interaction of immense practical utility and not mere theoretical. Each word conveyed carried substance. People on the legal side got a glimpse of actual application of law as most of the time we the people on legal side are concerned more with getting insights into legal concepts but application is equally important or sometimes even more important. Legal concepts have no meaning until and unless applied properly and with the officers like Mr. Sidhu one can be rest assured. Thank you sir for such a wonderful lecture/ interaction.

      @@kbssidhuex-ias7959 Sir well said and rightly said yet again. As it is rightly said in another form that,
      Knowing is not enough, we must apply it,
      Willing is not enough , we must do it.
      So someone has to know and also actually do it and sir officers like you inspire people to do and also arm them with necessary knowledge. 🙏🙏

      Thankyou for the informative session, sir 🙏. I had asked a question on facebook which couldn't reach to you.
      My question is, Whether a wrong khata No. in a 25 year old sale deed can be rectified? Provided that the Buyer has died and his LRs are not ready to indulge.
      Can there be any executive remedy at the instance of buyer? (May be fluctuation of shares etc?)

      @@user-he3sx2ek9q Normally not-- you'll have to go to the Civil Court to seek the remedy.
      Even there the question of limitation and delays and laches will arise.
      Moral of the story-- don't sleep over your rights and see that the mutation/ intqal is in accordance with your registered sale deed.
