Come Explore The Most Popular Chinese Shrine In Udon Thani!

Chao Pu Chao Ya Shrine was established in the year 1945 by a group of Chinese merchants.
The area around the viewpoint shrine in the middle of the water, 2 houses, shady atmosphere and in the Grandfather-Ya Shrine This place also houses a 99-meter long golden dragon, which is used in the Thung Si Muang Fair.
- 1st thing that should come to pay respect to this shrine is "Tee Kong" or in Thai is "Fa Da Din Shrine" which is to pay homage to the heavens or the angels that are in the heaven itself. This Tee Kong pillars were built in the 51st period (2001) with a height of 14.4 meters.
- 2nd thing is "Pueng Tao Kong Ma" or Thai name is "Chao Pu Chao Ya", built in the committee of the 41st period (BE 2534), inside the shrine there will be an idol. "Chao Pu Chao Ya" where most of Udon's descendants come to pay homage to ask for blessings.
- 3rd thing is Chao Pho Nong Bua Shrine. Due to the location of the Pu Ya Shrine located on the edge of present Nong Bua Public Park, Chao Pho Nong Bua was brought to reside within this shrine.
- 4th sacred thing is "Di Zhu Ye" or in Thai Chao Thun Chao Thang, which is a holy thing that protects and takes care of the place, such as the Pu Ya Shrine area and the Nong Bua area.
- 5th sacred thing is the Sangkachai Buddha image which was excavated under a banyan tree in the area of San Chao Pu-Ya Shrine in 1987 (37th committee).
- 6th sacred thing is "Chang Nguan Suai", a deity who specializes in sages
