He sounds angry when he is singing, he does not understand what he is singing, and it is allegro, not presto.

He is singing with very bad technique: his voice breaks constantly on the higher notes, that's why he shouts them. (And yeah, it's very much overacted)

Audience goes nuts, musicians are smiling, but it sucks, right? It's a comedy, folks! Well yeah, he's angry that he has to deal with this prospective pompous father-in-law. Love the tempo, love the shouting, love the over acting.
