As long as they finish, in a steady pace and good form then that’s good for me. It shows discipline and commitment. While the men were all over the place and making fun of them, they failed to improve on THEIR own strength(running) and didn’t keep a well organized single file line. That’s my intake don’t rush but don’t slow down and always keep focus of your goals.

As long as they finish, in a steady pace and good form then that’s good for me. It shows discipline and commitment.
