Hi there, thanks for this video! Very helpful. May I ask if i can bring my carry-on baggage up the bus? Because I will have one big check-in luggage and a carry-on.
Hi Harley! Thank you for watching my video and for giving such positive feedback. I really appreciate it. With regards to your query, as far as I know, no, you cannot bring a wheeled luggage inside the bus. The space allotted per passenger is quite limited and I don't think a wheeled carry on baggage will fit in the space by your feet. You can only bring a backpack or travel bag that you can comfortably place on your lap or by your feet without disturbing the passenger next to you. If you have 2 luggages, you may also want to consider limousine buses as they allow 2 luggages per person. The cost is more expensive though. One question sir, I am curious about the carry on bag since the sign for one luggage per person can be loaded, so do the carry on luggage be allow to carry on the bus or not?
Hi Jiroj! Thank you for watching my video! With regards to your query, low cost buses only allow 1 luggage per person to be stored under the bus. For your carry on bag, you can bring with you inside the bus a backpack or any other bag that you can comfortably place on your lap or in front of your feet without bothering the passenger seated beside you. As far as I know, you cannot bring a wheeled baggage inside the bus - just a backpack or tote bag.

Please tell me how to get Sim card
Hi Sumudu! Thank you for watching my video again. With regards to your query, Japan sim cards are available at the major airports like Narita, Haneda and Kansai. You can easily get them when you arrive in Japan. Alternatively, you can also purchase e-sims online through third party agents like Klook. Sim cards are also available for sale at big shops in Japan like BIC Camera. Hope this information helps. 😊

Can I pay for extra luggage as I have 2 of them ??🥰
Hi Ely! Thank you for watching my video! With regards to your query, unfortunately no, they don't have fees for other services like extra luggage. But if you want, you can try and explain your case at the ticket counter and maybe, just maybe, they could allow you to have 2 bags stored under the bus, especially if the bus is not full. I have heard cases like that where they were kind enough to accommodate such requests, and so you might probably be able to do that as well.

are toilets avaiable on bus?
Hi Liew! Thank you for watching my video! With regards to your query, unfortunately, there are no toilets in low cost buses. The trip from Narita Airport to Tokyo station is just an hour though, so you can just probably use the toilet at the airport just before boarding the bus, then again at Tokyo station when you arrive.
