  • Lecanemab is administered through an IV infusion. Treatment takes approximately one hour and is administered at a UCLA infusion center. The infusion is given every two weeks for 18 months.
Throughout the course of treatment, patients are monitored with routine brain MRIs to assess for Amyloid Related Imaging Abnormalities (ARIA).
If a patient develops symptoms, there is a provider available to assess the situation and provide guidance.
