Hello beautiful, I bought 5n originally but took it back and bought 6n matches better for summer on me however your right the foundation does not do well in NYC heat and humidity, dripped right off and ruined my blouse that day. you are a true 5n. stay gorgeous and great video. best foundation that holds up to humidity and heat is Fenty. I wear fenty 420 and holds beautifully but I prefer the fluid texture of Dior. I'm a product junkie though.
Try powder. I haven't finished watching the video so forgive me if you addressed that. With other foundations I used to sweat a lot too. With Backstage I use a flat brush and honestly, I only use one drop on the brush per sections of the face. Forehead chin each cheek and nose and upper lip. I can get away with less then 6 drops. Then I go in and bake. The setting powder really sets in there. With setting spray it makes everything I added look like a second skin. I think it powder is what really helps to keep me from sweating. any extra oil just helps to bring out the contour.
I have it and have dehydrated skin. I find that it works best for me when I apply it with a sticky primer and use a brush to apply it. Normally I like to use a sponge to apply my foundation but for some reason this foundation just refuses to blend for me when I use a sponge.
I got matched to 5N but I think I might get the 5WP which is not one that you mentioned. 5WP looks like it pulls a slight bit more red which is what I like for my skin-tone (it leans every so lightly on the red/cool side of neutral). I love how 5N looks on you (we more often than not wear a lot of the same shades).

5N looks good. The foundation looks beautiful on your skin. It wasn't on my list to buy but I may need to reconsider.
