@@IndianFoodExplorer I am from Ahmedabad. My father ,an eminent ENT surgeon, now retired at 82 , used to visit this famous restaurant as a medical student in the 1960s. It was almost a legend then.
I think one of the best Authentic Gujarati food ever I ate here. Excellent quality and test. Wow…

The best thing is that they have a spacious kitchen .. so even the kitchen staff would like to work freely
however, i did not see much space between the fafda dough and the cook's cockkk....

Sorry for the comment, But why don't they wear a mask when frying in oil, this will protect them inhaling harmful fumes all day. Just my suggestion, we all want everyone to be healthy, the person cooking as well as the person eating it.

Why food server not using tongs for salad,fafda and dokla, so unhygienic, damn sure his both hands loaded with pathogens and harmful bacteria which done severe damage to human gut.

This restaurant doesn't serve the quality it used to. It's daal was very very famous... and you could actually smell it 1.5 to 2 kms out...

Omg this environment looks absolutely horrible, un hygienic and disgusting. Pouring food into containers on the floor, your benches are slick with old oil and who knows what. Seriously, You can get better Hygiene from a food van from the vids I have watched. Pick up the game. Clean up after yourselves!!! It's not difficult! Wake up!

That tap water is municipal supplied and safe. It is filtered and chorinated.
