@@LostFart I may not be trans myself, but came out as bi in 2023, finding nothing but acceptance and support from friends and family. I'm a little older than you are, and had kept all of this in for, oh, twenty years maybe. Finally, some stuff happened, and there it was out in the open. Like you, I'm immensely grateful for having that support around me. I definitely want to check out Part Two, and listen to your takes on both Left and Right-leaning media. Sounds really interesting.

I wish you the best in your transition. I feel like I'm still in the denial phase. I turned 30 in December and it's really starting to hit me. I've been using makeup/hairstyle apps and I'm envious of my fem version.
I'm 36, questioned my gender since I was a teenager, managed to get hormones "under the counter" and started taking them for shits and giggles. I'm 4 months in and loving it :D I'm completely aware of the irreversible changes and I'm totally fine with it if I change my mind one day and decide to detransition. But despite all of that, I'm probably still in denial and I don't even think I'm feminine, I just think estrogen feels really good and it's fun to have boobs :D

Congrats on coming out! 🏳⚧ I'm 32 and just started. It's never too late! Do be aware that it's not uncommon for doctors to prescribe you less estrogen than you need, and you may have to really advocate for yourself to get the care that you need. I also recommend looking into getting a backup cache of your hrt supplies if you can.

She knows I'm well versed in dosing guidelines and blah blah :p. I wish I started at 4mg and went straight to 6mg, then 8mg. Could have literally saved like 4 months of "trial and error". I'm in Canada and they cost me $4.00, I'm not scared :)
